Pacific Coast Real Estate Inspections specializes in thorough SB 721 deck and balcony inspections, ensuring safety and compliance for residential and commercial properties. With years of experience in the industry, our team is well versed in the nuances of deck safety, particularly for multi-family buildings. California SB-721 legislation mandates multi-family residential building property owners to have the integrity of their exterior elevated elements (ie: decks, stairs and elevated walkways - 6 feet above ground) inspected every 6 years. This law aims to enhance safety and prevent catastrophic failure, making our inspection services essential for property management and tenant safety.
